About This Product

■Product OverviewFBK Oil RO is a premium industrial lubricant that blends carefully selected antioxidants, rust inhibitors, anti-wear agents, anti-foam agents, and other additives into a highly solvent-refined paraffinic base oil. Its excellent performance satisfies almost every requirement for bearing oils, gear oils, and compressor oils for general industrial machinery as well as for hydraulic fluids, making it an ideal multipurpose industrial lubricant for advancing lubrication management in a plant. Eight grades with kinematic viscosities at 40°C from 32mm2/s to 460mm2/s are available to cover a wide range of operating conditions.

Features
■Good LubricityIt has a high viscosity index, a low friction coefficient, and high wear resistance (oil film strength), giving it excellent lubricity.

■Good Oxidation Stability and Thermal StabilityA highly refined base oil with excellent oxidation stability and thermal stability is blended with carefully selected special antioxidants, so the oil resists oxidative deterioration and generates little sludge even after long hours of use. Its high-temperature oxidation stability is particularly good, so it performs to the full as a circulating system oil or compressor oil under high-temperature conditions.

■Excellent Rust PreventionA superior rust inhibitor is added, so rust and corrosion in the lubrication system are prevented even if water enters.

■Good Water SeparabilityWater separability is good, so even if some water enters, it can easily be separated by settling, a centrifuge, or similar means.

■Excellent Foam SuppressionA superior anti-foam agent is added, preventing circulation system problems caused by foaming.

■GradesFBK Oil RO is available in eight grades designated 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, and 460. These numbers indicate the approximate kinematic viscosity in mm2/s at 40°C. Because FBK Oil RO covers grades from low to high viscosity, a viscosity suited to the operating conditions can be selected.

・Hydraulic systems
・Lubrication of Kaplan turbine runner bosses
・Circulating oil systems for gears and bearings in other locations where rust formation or oil degradation is likely to be accelerated
