About This Product

■Product Overview

Super Highland EV32 is a low-odor hydraulic fluid that uses a highly refined base oil together with ashless additives, so sludge is unlikely to form even after long-term use. It is the ideal hydraulic fluid for hydraulic equipment such as hydraulic elevators, where odor is a concern. Features

■Low Odor

The odor of general anti-wear hydraulic fluids often originates from the anti-wear agent and the antioxidant, and it becomes especially strong in used oil as well as in new oil. For Super Highland EV32, both the base oil and the additives were carefully selected for low odor, and thermal stability was improved. As a result, unpleasant odor is kept to a minimum in new oil and throughout long-term use.

■Excellent Thermal and Oxidation Stability

Super Highland EV32 combines a highly refined base oil with carefully selected additives, giving it better oxidation stability than conventional zinc-based anti-wear hydraulic fluids.

■Excellent Temperature Characteristics

Super Highland EV32 uses a highly refined base oil, so it has a high viscosity index, little viscosity change with temperature, and a low pour point, delivering stable performance over a wide temperature range from low to high temperatures.

■Excellent Wear Protection

The excellent wear protection of Super Highland EV32 prevents wear of the pump and the rest of the system over long periods, ensuring consistently accurate operation.

■Minimal Effect on Seal Materials

The carefully selected base oil and additive blend give Super Highland EV32 a high aniline point, so it has almost no effect on rubber seal materials.

■ Excellent Rust Prevention

Super Highland EV32 contains a superior rust inhibitor, so it prevents rust caused by water entering the hydraulic system.
