About This Product

■Product OverviewSuper Highland WP offers excellent wear resistance and long service life, making it an ideal hydraulic fluid for construction machinery. It is also suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems on large industrial machines such as forging presses. Three viscosity grades are available, and grades 46 and 68 are classified as flammable liquids with a guaranteed flash point of 250°C or higher.

Features
■Excellent Wear ResistanceSuper Highland WP uses a non-zinc extreme pressure additive with excellent wear resistance, preventing wear problems in high-pressure hydraulic pumps.

■Excellent Oxidation Stability and Thermal StabilitySuper Highland WP uses a highly refined base oil and a high-performance antioxidant, so it generates extremely little sludge at high operating temperatures and prevents problems such as valve malfunction and filter clogging.

■Excellent Stick-Slip PreventionSuper Highland WP contains a stick-slip inhibitor that prevents abnormal noise from hydraulic cylinders.

■Excellent Brake Torque PerformanceSuper Highland WP delivers better brake torque performance than conventional non-zinc hydraulic fluids, preventing various problems with hydraulic brakes.

■Flammable LiquidsSuper Highland WP46 and WP68 are classified as flammable liquids with a guaranteed flash point of 250°C or higher.

■Precautions for Handling Flammable Liquids・When flammable liquids and hazardous materials are stored together, each should in principle be grouped separately with a clearance of at least 1 meter between them.
・Flammable liquids in quantities of 2 cubic meters (2KL) or more are classified as "Designated Combustible Materials" and are subject to municipal ordinances.
