■Product Overview

Highland Wide KV46 (N) is a hydraulic fluid that delivers excellent wear resistance in high-pressure hydraulic systems such as those of construction machinery and large industrial machinery. It also combines excellent oxidation stability and thermal stability, making it a long-life hydraulic fluid that generates little sludge. Features

■Excellent Wear Resistance

By adopting a zinc-free extreme-pressure additive with excellent wear resistance, Highland Wide KV46 (N) prevents wear problems in high-pressure hydraulic pumps.

■Excellent Oxidation Stability and Thermal Stability

Through the use of a highly refined base oil and a high-performance antioxidant, Highland Wide KV46 (N) generates extremely little sludge during high-temperature service, preventing trouble with valves and filters.

■Excellent Low-Temperature Performance

With its excellent low-temperature fluidity, Highland Wide KV46 (N) allows hydraulic equipment to start smoothly in cold regions.

■Excellent Rust Prevention

Highland Wide KV46 (N) has outstanding rust-preventive performance, keeping rust from forming inside the hydraulic system.

■Excellent Stick-Slip Prevention Performance

Highland Wide KV46 (N) prevents the stick-slip phenomenon in hydraulic cylinders and suppresses abnormal noise.

■ Excellent Brake Torque Performance

Highland Wide KV46 (N) offers excellent brake torque performance, preventing various problems with hydraulic brakes.
