About This Product

This is a new optional product that has a significant moisture resistance compared to the RTV silicone stamped product (drip -proof seal). It is a product that is suitable for customers who use thermo mode in an environment where condensation is particularly easy to condense. Customers who are currently using RTV silicone seals can be used without changing the peripheral circuit. The feature of this product is flexible to the heat load than other companies' epoxy materials. When the operation test of the thermo mode was conducted in the room temperature high humidity environment, the epoxy -silked product changed about 1/7 after 1,000 hours compared to the conventional RTV silicone sealed product. This weight change was the result of the water incorporated inside the thermo journey, and it was demonstrated that epoxy -steeled products have almost changed and have excellent humidity resistance. ・ The insulation resistance between the lead wire ceramic surface is several mΩ. ・ Used heat -resistant temperature + 80 ° C
