About This Product

A thermo mode designed for a 5.6mm diameter CAN type laser diode (LD). Increasing the contact area between thermosure and LD packages will enable more uniform cooling and reach the target temperature more quickly. A standard series is provided to support LDs from 3.5mm to 9.0mm in diameter. Please contact us if you request a specific LD size or custom specification product other than the above. ・ Improvement of contact area The contact area has been improved by setting the heat absorption surface board to a three -hole structure. Example) In the case of φ5.6mmcan type LD, the contact area is 36%UP (compared to our company) ·responsiveness Increasing the contact area has dramatically faster the response speed of heat transfer, achieving a shortening time to the target temperature. ·Temperature distribution By improving the contact area, you can maintain stable characteristics.
