About This Product

■ Characteristics

It is a foam seal material made from EPDM rubber as the main component. There are two types of cell structures: independent foam type and semi -independent half consecutive bubbles. You can use it properly depending on the usage environment. (Heat type, soft type, high foam type, etc.) It is used for various purposes such as automotive parts, machine parts, houses and construction ceiling materials.

■ High sealing and adhesive power

As the name implies, Epto Sealer has high sealing (sealed) performance, is very effective in preventing liquids and gas penetration, and has been used in various industries. In addition, there are two types of adhesive stickers with adhesive, and there are two types of adhesive, acrylic and rubber systems, so you can select better ones depending on the usage environment and the compatibility with the opponent.

■ Heat and cold resistance

Epto sealers can be used in a wide temperature range from high to low temperature. As a result, products and parts using Epto Sealers can maintain their performance even at high temperature in summer or low in winter. This nature is useful for protecting and sealing parts that are susceptible to temperature changes in fields such as automobiles, home appliances, and industrial equipment.

■ Chemical resistance and electrical characteristics

Epto Sealer has high resistance to many chemicals and solvents. This is suitable for protecting parts and materials due to chemical impacts. In addition, because of its high insulation, electrical characteristics can be used as protection and insulation of electrical and electronic components.
