About This Product

■ About the massflower flow meter MAF

It is a very large divergent in the measurement range that is installed in the flow of powdered grains with almost no adhesion that flows continuously and detects the flow rate. In addition, if the receiver's operation signal is fed back to the supplier and the flow rate is automatically controlled, an instant control type supply machine can be configured. It can also be used for batch supply. By using multiple units, it can also be used as an automatic formulation, proportional composition, crushed temperature meter, granular meter or yield meter. Continuous insertion and continuous emissions are possible, and stable accuracy can be obtained regardless of the material change of powdered grains. It is widely used in various industrial fields, such as food, feed, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals.

■ Usage advantages and advantage of equipment

・ A wide measurement range (about 1:30) is obtained. Therefore, it can be accurately measured up to about 1/30 of the maximum flow rate. ・ High -precision measurement (± 0.5 to 2%f.s) of the flow rate of granules and low powder (± 0.5 to 2%F.S). ・ Because of the positive flow meter, it does not affect the accuracy even if the properties of the powdered grains change. ・ For instantaneous flow meter, it is suitable as an automatic control detection unit of flow rate. Therefore, it is easy to configure various supply machines and instant control type quantitative suppliers. ・ It can be measured by putting it in a continuous manner from the supply machine or shot to the transmitter. -The instrument portion of the transmitter is completely separated from the rotor, and there is no invasion of dust into the instrument portion. -The transmitter is small, lightweight and durable. * The maximum flow rate is 0.5 with a hypo -hesout of the powdered grain. The minimum flow rate is 1/30 of the maximum flow rate.
