About This Product

■SummaryRESIPHER is the world's first handheld cell culture monitor. Since the oxygen consumption rate (OCR) of cells cultured in a standard 96-well plate can be directly measured, information on cell metabolism can be obtained non-invasively and over time in your current culture environment. 

■Capable of measuring over time and in real timeRESIPHER can measure OCR of cell cultures over time in an incubator. Data can be sent in real time to a dedicated cloud server via the Internet and can be shared with the research team.

The O2 sensor is supplied as a sterile consumable, so you can start experimenting immediately after purchase. Since the sensor is constantly active while cells are being cultured, it is also possible to monitor changes in cells over time within the incubator.

The ultra-sensitive dissolved oxygen sensor array developed by Lucid Scientific scans vertically within the well to read the oxygen concentration gradient created by cellular metabolism. The obtained data is sent to a cloud server and can be viewed on a smartphone or PC. You can check it anytime, anywhere.

Experiment contents are managed using a dedicated web application. Data sent from the device can be monitored in real time and shared among researchers and published.

■Simple and highly expandable equipment configuration・Attach the lid (consumables) to the device and cover it with a 96-well plate to measure OCR.
・The measured data is transferred to the hub via a wired connection, and sent from the hub to the cloud database.
