About This Product

"Suppon MPX®" has a seismic resistance of 6%or more (a diameter 50-200) without an in -core, and is a secure joint for the expected seismic movement. In addition, the joining strength is high, and it has the joint strength required for Type 1 in the tensile test without an in -core. * Type 1 has a joining intensity or more than the tube strength. ■ earthquake resistance ・ It has a seismic resistance of 6%or more (a diameter 50-200) without an in -core, and is a safe joint for the assumed earthquake motion. ・ The strain of the linear tube (at least 50m or more) at the earthquake motion level 2 is 0.75%or less and is safe for seismic calculation. ・ Because the force that acts on the deformed pipes due to the ground strain is absorbed by polyethylene tubes and is rarely transmitted, the performance required for the unusual pipe is sufficient for the joint intensity to the water pressure. ・ In liquefied ground in the vicinity of the revetment, the tube does not follow the ground because the ground binding force is reduced, and the effect on the pipes is small, so the necessary performance is sufficient for the joint intensity to the hydraulic pressure. ■ Bonding strength ・ There is a joining strength required for Type 1 in the tensile test without an in -core. -The type 1 has a joining intensity of equal or higher as the tube strength. ・ In the “Survey Report on Polyethylene and Footsteps for Water Supply Water” (Japan Water Supply Association), the tensile retention strength to calculate the tube strength is 19MPA. ・ In the quotation of the planning of a British water supply industry (WIS 4-24-0: 1998) type 1, the type 1 is specified that the joining strength is equal to the same as the tube strength. ■ Construction and recovery ・ There is no troubles of insertion of in -core or sliding agent. ・ Loosen the bolt nut without breaking down the fitting and use an open nut to easily decompose the tube and the joint. -The torque wrench is unnecessary depending on the hitting method, and you can visually check the tightening completion. ・ Because the joint pipe is not drawn, it is easy to work with an attack piping (tie piping). ■ Water dusty -Suppon MPX® packing has sufficient watertightness even in low tightening torque and does not require an in -core. ・ Even if the withdrawal is acting, it does not inhibit watertightness.
