It demonstrates high collecting efficiency by its own Hume collection method. "Special metal porous baffle" is installed in multiple stages in the suction rectifier box.
Spatta and sparks generated at the time of weld are effective in preventing inflow into the main filter body, enabling Hume filter collection.
Pulse jet dust removal always maintains constant suction power.
◆ Fine pressure control control system [SET (P) -TEC]
It is a full automatic dust removal method in which the filter clogging is constantly detected by a micro -pressure sensor and the computer controls dust.
The control content can be confirmed at all times with a touch panel dedicated monitor. Ideal for linking with industrial machinery by external output or installing on an automated line. In addition, the operating status can be recorded, and the dust removal interval can be set to the optimal one based on the statistics such as the user's work content, and it is also effective for energy saving measures.
◆ Timer control system [SET (P)]
It is a simple timer control method. This is a semi -automatic system that allows you to check the timing of dust removal between 1 and 99 minutes depending on your work and dust.

It is a system that air blow with the attached dedicated air gun and perform dust removal when you feel the ability to decrease. As with pulse jet dust removal, it is effective for clogging of filters, and has realized a low price.

The main filter uses a dedicated material that can support various Hum collection that occurs at the time of welding.
It is designed to work with a unique pleated shape, has a wide filtration area, reduces clogging, and works effectively with pulse jet dust removal of this unit.
