About This Product
This tester is a tester that evaluates metal wear by attaching test pieces at two locations.
By setting an angle (attack angle) on the upper test piece, it is possible to conduct a physical test (simulation test) with a small test piece. A load mechanism with a rotating shaft for setting the test piece on a steel base and a load cell are equipped with a load application device and an oil/water dropping/collecting device, and a simulation test can also be performed. It is a structure that rotates the specimen, gives an angle (attack angle), and applies a load.
Servomotors are used for the left and right sides of the drive system, load cells are used for the loading section, and servomotors are used for the lifting section, making it easy to change specimens.
In addition, an angle display and a digital tachometer are installed with an encoder, and safety features are also taken into consideration by deploying an automatic stop or emergency stop button with a vibration sensor detection mechanism and overload mechanism as a safety mechanism. By using a servo motor for rotation, it is possible to evaluate at a stable number of rotations.
