This test machine is a test machine that evaluates metal wear by installing two tests.
By providing an angle (attack angle) in the upper test piece, the real test (simulation test) can be performed with a small test piece.
A load mechanism with a rotation axis for the test one set on the steel base and a load cell with a loading axis and a load cell.
The drive device uses a servo motor on the left and right, a load cell for the load, and a servo motor for the lifting part to make it easier to change the test piece.
In addition, the indicated angle display and digital driver rotation meter were deployed by the encoder, and the safety mechanism was automatically considered by deploying automatic stop or emergency stop buttons at the vibration sensor detection mechanism and overload mechanism as a safety mechanism.
By using a servo motor, it is possible to evaluate with a stable rotation speed by using a servo motor.
