About This Product

Lighter containers => higher storage efficiency => higher transport efficiency => cost savings

■Features

・Interlocking blocks on the bottom achieve corner-rib-less interlocking. ・Excellent dimensional stability and improved stackability. ・A hollow structure in the vertical and horizontal frames raises compressive strength and opening rigidity ・Interlocks with different sizes ・Uses a 168mm interlocking block pitch. It can also interlock with existing TP containers. ・Common parts allow small-lot production of new sizes with short lead times. ・Lighter than existing one-piece molded TP containers (1,173mm or more on the long side). ・New standards with block pitches matched to pallet sizes can also be achieved on a small budget. (Custom sizes using the current interlocking blocks are also possible.) ・All-PP construction is environmentally friendly. ・Bottom fastening that requires "no" dedicated ultrasonic welder
