About This Product
■ What is an asner sheet?
-A rubber sheet developed by Ask Holdings as an intermediate material when bonding heterogeneous materials.
・ Improves adhesive and waterproofness at the place where the impact is added, and absorbs subtle vibration.
・ Because it is not adhesive on the surface, it can be used as a low adhesive packing.
・ One -roll: 150m (0.15t, 0.2t) 40m (0.75t or higher)
・ Cut to the desired width (effective width: 7.5mm to 500mm)
・ Punching of holes to the seat
・ Modeling is possible (usually provided by roll)
■ How to use
・ Prepare materials that you want to glue
・ Apply adhesive to both sides of the asner sheet or attach an adhesive sheet
・ Adhesion with an asner sheet applied to the adhesive between the materials you want to adhere.
・ Adhesive conditions depend on the conditions of the used adhesive.
■ Preservation method
・ Avoid direct sunlight and dust.
・ As the asner sheet has a stable rubber character, it hardly deteriorates with normal preservation.
■ It is adopted as an intermediate material when bonding a heterogeneous material.
・ If the aluminum plate is directly bonded to the wood, it will peel off at the time of impact.
・ By sandwiching an asner sheet in the middle of the material, it can prevent shock, fad, heat, etc.
・ It is often adopted in skiing and snowboarding that requires repetitive repetitive power, sliding down from high places, and landing on jumping skis, rackets, shafts, etc. that land with a strong impact.
