About This Product

■Ultra-fine fiber

The fiber diameter of hair is approximately 60 µm, and the fiber diameter of general synthetic fibers is 1.5 to 5 µm, whereas the most frequent fiber diameter of NanoWHELP is approximately 300 nm. It is an ultra-fine fiber that is only about 1/200th the thickness of a human hair.

■3D three-dimensional structure

Conventional nanofibers have a two-dimensional planar structure, but NanoWHELP has a complex three-dimensional structure and is characterized by a high fiber porosity. Numerous voids that are even finer than the fiber diameter effectively collect particles. Efficient and long-term effective, leading to a comfortable air environment

■High collection rate

The fibers are thin and have a three-dimensional structure, which reduces voids and increases the collection rate. ・Initial collection rate of 0.4-0.7μm is over 80%. *Initial efficiency of comparable products from other companies/0.4 µm: 50 to 60% 0.7 µm: 60 to 70%. - Effectively collects from the beginning without relying on clogging effects. - Obtained MERV14 certification from a third-party organization in the United States.

■Low pressure loss

Because the fibers are thin, there are many voids, which increases the number of air passages, achieving a low initial pressure drop. - Initial pressure loss of about 70%, much lower than conventional products. ・Initial rating 90Pa.

■Long lifespan

The thinner filter paper increases the amount of dust it can hold, resulting in a longer service life. ・Pressure drop decreases the most over time. ・Continuously low pressure loss. ・Improved cleaning and energy saving effect.

■Features

1. The filter media block processed into a mini-pleated shape is further wedged to maximize the area where the filter media can be folded. 2.A specially shaped reinforcing material is used near the inlet side of the filter media, so the shape of the filter media is stable during use.
