About This Product

The STCS-BLT is a manual device that samples and tests splice tubing. Built-in leakage current detection system to find the insulation resistance of splices. A shrink chamber for thick wires is also available.

■Work

The STCS-BLT is a manual device that samples and tests splice tubing. It is possible to test up to 8 air leaks on different workpieces such as splices and end splices. The splice product is held in the clamp. Submerge the product in water and apply air pressure to the deflated tube section. Operators can choose which chamber to test and for how long. The pressure and time for testing are set in the software. The operator simply presses the start button. The test results are visually checked for air leakage from the tube. Splice leakage and insulation resistance can also be checked by detecting leakage current at the water surface. If leakage current is detected, a warning lamp will light up.
