About This Product

TK Joint Sheet is a gasket material manufactured by TKBS Group companies in Japan under strict quality control, and is available in three types so that you can choose according to your application. This gasket material is mainly made of biosoluble fibers that are healthy and has excellent flexibility, processability, and sealing properties. 

TK/#91 is a black sheet gasket material whose main material is expanded graphite, reinforced with biosoluble inorganic fibers and aramid fibers, and uses oil-resistant synthetic rubber with excellent heat resistance as the binder.

■Features-Can be used from low temperatures of -50℃ to high temperatures of over 300℃.
・Can be used for 3.3MPa saturated steam.
- A sheet gasket that is scratch resistant and highly flexible.
・Since chlorine and sulfur content is controlled, it can also be used for stainless steel flanges.
・It has excellent workability and can manufacture gaskets of various shapes.
- The expanded graphite material has elasticity, so additional tightening is possible.
