About This Product

Change Gasket, newly developed and patent pending by Flexitalic, has outstanding compressibility and resilience, making it an ideal gasket as a sealing material under severe heat cycle conditions.It has been used in many applications, especially as a gasket for heat exchangers and reactors. This is an unprecedented type of innovative gasket that combines both a conventional spiral gasket and a can profile, and uses a hoop material that is approximately 5 times thicker than a spiral gasket.

■Features

・Unique new gasket structure (thick wire metal used for hoop material) ・Special laser welding eliminates the need for inner and outer rings (inner and outer rings and gaskets with branches are also available) ・Since heat exchangers with a nubbin structure can be used without modifying existing flanges, it is possible to significantly reduce costs and shorten the construction period. - Resistant to heat cycles, has a service life of over 60% longer than conventional heat exchanger gaskets, and has excellent sealing performance.
