About This Product

■Summary

The high-frequency atmospheric pressure plasma surface treatment equipment "PHW-1000" uses a high-frequency power supply and high-pressure air developed using unique high-frequency technology to generate electric field-free atmospheric pressure plasma under atmospheric pressure. By irradiating the surface of the substrate to be treated with electric fieldless plasma generated from the plasma irradiation head, the surface of the substrate becomes activated and generates hydrophilic polar groups, achieving high wettability. As a result, the surface of the base material improves adhesion to foreign substances by improving adhesion, printability, paintability, coating properties, etc.

・Generates atmospheric pressure plasma without using special gases. ・Since it is electrically neutral, it can be used to modify the surface of conductive substrates such as carbon substrates and electronic components. ・Can process narrow, recessed areas such as aluminum sashes and metal caps. ・Since it is a high-energy plasma discharge, it is effective even on high-speed moving objects and difficult-to-process materials. ・The robot can move freely by using flexible high-voltage cables. - Compact design makes it easy to install in-line.
