About This Product

■SummaryThis is the solar radiation version of the MIJ-14PAR 2 type. The specifications of the housing, internal circuit, etc. are almost the same as our PARType2/K2, but this is a Si pyranometer with the wavelength range of light receiving sensitivity optimized for solar radiation measurement. It is characterized by adjusting the light receiving spectral sensitivity to wavelength and suppressing spectral errors compared to thermal type (thermopile type) pyranometers.

In addition, the diffuser plate uses PTFE, which is more sensitive than acrylic to the ultraviolet range, with a width of 300 to 1,100 nm. Equipped with a passive temperature compensation circuit P.T.C.C., which improves temperature characteristics.

・±1.5% incident angle characteristic error (0 to 79°) due to the large diffuser plate made of PTFE R40 curved surface
・Optical system: Si photodiode S1336-5BK + light receiving sensitivity adjustment device + φ4.0 aperture for preventing internal diffuse reflection
- Designed to allow all parts to be disassembled and partially repaired (excluding bulkhead connectors)
・A bulkhead waterproof connector is used for the cable outlet, which is a source of water intrusion.
・Horizontal base is already installed. Can be leveled with 3 screws and fixed with 2 screws
- Built-in molecule sieve and silica gel inside the horizontal base. Replacement is possible by removing and removing the 3 screws on the bottom.
