About This Product

■Summary

This is a small, high-performance atmospheric pressure gas analyzer that incorporates PrismaPro® and a specially designed gas introduction/differential exhaust mechanism into a lightweight and compact housing. A specially designed differential pumping vacuum system built into a compact housing quickly reduces the pressure of the introduced atmospheric pressure gas to the appropriate operating pressure for the quadrupole mass spectrometer PrismaPro®, allowing continuous measurement and analysis to be performed with the device itself. The specially designed ion source, which is directly connected to the gas introduction mechanism, provides high-speed response and low background performance, making analysis possible in a wide range of applications. Additionally, a corrosion-resistant option with a forced gas purge system can be installed. In addition, a safe baking system is equipped as standard, and the temperature of the gas inlet capillary can be controlled up to 200℃ or 350℃. The built-in analysis chamber can also be baked using a dedicated heater. The removable touch panel on the front provides an easy operating environment from starting vacuuming to measuring and stopping.
