About This Product

Overview

■Type

・For 100mm eccentricity (for aboveground and buried use) 3 mounts ・For 200mm eccentricity (for ground use, buried use) 4 mounts ・For low pressure/for high pressure

■Standard specifications

・Maximum operating temperature: -10℃～60℃ ・Installation conditions: When using it for burial, the burial depth should be in the range of 1M to 3M. Also, the maximum vehicle weight should be 25 tons or less. ・We can also manufacture a solid type (embedded rubber) with a straight inner surface that is suitable for fluids that tend to settle, such as sewage and powder. ・Please use a control unit (tie rod bolt type) to restrict the axial thrust generated by internal pressure and prevent excessive displacement. Also, please use the control unit (set bolt type) to adjust the face-to-face dimension during installation. ・Cannot be used in locations where repeated pressure fluctuations occur, such as the delivery side of pressurized or booster water pumps. ・Basically, it cannot be used in fluids or installation locations that may deteriorate the elasticity of rubber.

■Structure

・Standard product uses JIS10K flange. Flanges of various standards such as JIS5K, JIS20K, water supply, JPI, and ANSI are also available. - In addition to the standard materials SS400 and SUS304, flange materials such as SUS316, SUS316L, and S25C are also available. -The standard SS400 flange is hot-dip galvanized (Zn plating) for aboveground use, and black epoxy resin coating for buried use. Separately painted products are also available. Features

■High pressure resistance

The main body is reinforced with strong synthetic fibers and steel wire.

■Large eccentricity

The internal arch structure is effective in absorbing uneven settlement that occurs when connecting pipes between buildings with different foundations. Since the face-to-face dimensions are short, the degree of design freedom is also increased.
