■ Multiple units are connected and simultaneous tightening
By connecting and using the bolt tensioner (hydraulic tensioner), multiple large bolts can be tightened simultaneously and uniformly. If you use more than 20 flange bolts at a time, you will not have a frangid. It has been introduced to various plants.
■ High -precision tightening without friction
Since the bolt is pulled and tightened with hydraulic pressure, there is no effect of friction and high -precision tightening can be made. Tightening by "axial force management" which is higher accurately than torque management. Bolt tensioner has been delivered a lot due to a chemical plant that requires high -precision bolts.
■ No reaction force required. Does not damage the nuts and seats
There is no need to get a reaction force like a hydraulic torque wrench. Because it does not twist, it does not damage the surface of the flange or the seat of the nut. In addition, bolts can be tightened in a narrow area. To use, the bolt protrudes from the top of the nut requires a minimum bolt diameter length. (Bolt changes depending on the case.)

・ Bolt size: M20 ~ M300, maximum output axis force: ~ 12,000 kn The maximum stroke is 15mm. (BE-HTS10 is the maximum stroke 12mm)
・ We also accept customization of bolt sizes, inch sizes and custom -made specifications other than the above. Custom bolt tensioner M12 ~ M18 Ultra -small size can also be manufactured.
・ Multi -stage type for wind power, integrated type, sleeve replacement type, automatic return spring built -in type, basic anchor bolt, A7932 custom -made specifications, etc.
