About This Product
A nut that can tighten large bolts with "1/100 small torque" without using electricity or air. Even with the M100 bolt, the tightening torque is 200Nm. Can be tightened with one torque wrench. A nut that does not loosen with a special slope disk with a patent structure. In the case of M56, the standard tightening torque is about 8,600 nm, but the tension nut is only 80 nm.
■ Features of tension nuts
It does not use electricity or air, but tighten with only a torque wrench.
In the case of large bolt tightening of M30 to M100, tightening torque is tens of to tens of thousands of nm, which requires large hydraulic tools and electric tools. The tension nut can be easily tightened with a large bolt by tightening the Hertz screw (a bolt with a special small hexagon hole). No major tools or equipment are required.
■ Tension nut that never loosens (international patent acquisition)
It is ideal for machines with vibration with the loosening effect of tension nuts. It is a structure that generates higher axial force and further tighten the force in the reverse rotation direction, which is trying to loosen by a special structure "slope disk".

It can be used up to a high temperature of 280 ° C, such as a pressure container with a high temperature of the usage environment.
■ Just replace the tension nut and hexagon nut
Tension nuts can be used even if the length of the conclusion is short. There are no restrictions on the usage conditions like bolt tensioner. It can be used simply by replacing it with an existing hexagon nut. Bolt size: M20 to M110, larger large bolt diameter size can be supported.
