About This Product
■ World's first dual IQ Automatic hydraulic pump (electric / automatic type) 80MPa and 150MPa mode.
・ High -speed automatic hydraulic pump that can be used with both hydraulic torque wrench 80MPa and bolt tensioner 150MPa.
・ There is no need to have two hydraulic pumps. There is a voltage 200V three -phase, 230V single -phase specification.
■ Built -in micro processor
A built -in hydraulic sensor and a microcessor in the hydraulic pump structure, connecting a hose and a hydraulic wrench to the hydraulic pump and performing only one stroke.
The model of ○ hydraulic wrench, ○ hydraulic hose length, and ○ hydraulic hose expansion amount are instantly judged and memorized. After that, all the pumps will drive all automatically.
The pump itself automatically remembers the cylinder volume of the hydraulic wrench, and it returns to the hydraulic wrench just before reaching the stroke end of the piston, so there is no timing loss, so high -speed without increasing the hydraulic pressure to the maximum pressure. Realize bolt tightening.
