About This Product

■Features

・Adding conductive carbon to the resin achieves stable conductivity. ・Uses inorganic gas foaming and conductive grade PP resin. - Casters use conductive rubber or nylon wheels. ・Low electrical resistance with a surface resistance value of 105 (Ω) or less. -The handle part is painted to prevent rust.

■Applications

・When using a trolley or wagon in a clean room. ・Transportation work of electronic parts and precision equipment that is sensitive to static electricity. ・Transportation work at food-related factories, etc. ・Transportation work of printed circuit board containers and IC sorting boxes, etc.

■Logistics in clean rooms and static electricity prevention work

Generally sold work carts are not equipped with measures to prevent static electricity. Therefore, it should not be used for transporting or transporting electronic components or precision equipment where static electricity damage is a problem. It is also unsuitable for clean rooms because the static electricity from the trolley attracts dust and dust from the surrounding area. This "conductive work trolley" is used in these environments. This conductive work trolley uses conductive PP for the main body and conductive rubber for the wheels that make contact with the ground. By combining a conductive resin loading platform and conductive rubber casters, this work trolley easily discharges static electricity to the ground and is highly effective in preventing dust from attracting.
