About This Product

■Features

-Shelf/cart trolley for clean rooms and static electricity countermeasures. ・SUS304 stainless steel is used for shelves and poles. ・The taper (shelf board fasteners) is made of aluminum. - The shelves are made of mesh to ensure ventilation. ・Of course, all products are resistant to rust.

■Applications

・For safe transportation in clean rooms. ・Use in workplaces where static electricity measures must be taken. - Prevents scratches caused by vibrations and micro-vibrations during transportation.

■Use shelves and carts in the clean room

In clean rooms and work sites where static electricity countermeasures are required, conductive stainless steel products are used. This conductive stainless steel shelf/cart trolley uses conductive material for the wheels that make contact with the ground. By combining stainless steel and conductive casters, it is easy to release static electricity to the ground, making this shelf/cart trolley extremely effective not only as a countermeasure against static electricity, but also as an effective prevention of dust adsorption. In addition, when transporting precision equipment or delicate products that are easily broken, we use "vibration-proof shock absorbing carts." Large vibrations are absorbed by the damper on the casters, and small vibrations are absorbed by the gel on the top plate. Prevents scratches on the workpiece caused by micro vibrations.
