About This Product

■Features

-Uses aramid fiber and has excellent heat resistance and blade resistance. - Conductive threads are sewn in at 3mm intervals, so there is no static charge. - Excellent cut and blade resistance, protecting workers. ・The "conductive stripe pattern" is easy to distinguish from regular products. - Felt batting and PET fabric are used on the mounting surface for excellent wearability.

■Applications

・As heat-resistant gloves for use in clean rooms. - When handling sharp materials or knives that may cut your hands. - For work processes that require thorough static electricity countermeasures. - Compatible with class 100 clean rooms with pure water cleaning. -The yellow fabric part is heat-resistant and blade-resistant fiber.

■Safety gloves for clean rooms with excellent heat resistance and blade resistance to 500℃

This product uses aramid long fibers, so it can be used in high-level clean rooms. The yellow fabric of the gloves is heat resistant to 500 degrees Celsius, and has excellent cut resistance that will not cut even when pulled by a knife. The entire surface of the product is lined with "conductive thread" with excellent conductivity at narrow intervals of 3mm. It exhibits a stable static electricity prevention effect and can be used in environments that require advanced static electricity countermeasures. Furthermore, the "conductive stripe pattern" makes it clear to differentiate from general products, making it possible to maintain a high level of quality control. Strongly protects workers' hands in clean rooms and in EPAs where static electricity countermeasures are required.

■Heat-resistant and blade-resistant fabric with conductive carbon thread sewn into it.

Conductive threads are sewn throughout the fabric at narrow intervals of 3 mm into the fabric, which is made of aramid long fibers that suppress dust generation, providing an extremely stable antistatic effect. It can withstand extremely high temperatures of 500℃ and has excellent cutting properties and cannot be cut with knives. This fiber has the following features: ・Dustproofness…High performance compatible with class 100 ・Heat resistance…withstands high temperatures of 500℃ (heat resistance temperature of the fabric) ・Flame retardant: Self-extinguishing and does not spread fire. ・Cut resistance/blade resistance…Difficult to cut even if you pull a knife ・Anti-static…Extremely stable anti-static properties
