■Features

・Heat-resistant wear that uses long fibers to suppress dust generation. - Conductive carbon thread is sewn into it so it will not be charged. -Uses flame-retardant fabric that self-extinguishes without melting. - Has chemical resistance and high mechanical strength. *Uses HM-ACL fabric.

■Applications

■Antistatic, flame retardant, chemical resistant, high strength clean room wear

General work clothes that generate dust and dust are not allowed in the clean room. Generally, cleanroom-specific work clothes are used in cleanrooms. Among these, this product is especially used for applications that require heat resistance, flame retardance, chemical resistance, and high strength. This product is covered with "conductive threads" that have excellent anti-static properties and are evenly spaced over the entire surface. In addition to preventing static electricity from building up on the fabric, the striped pattern of this conductive thread makes it easy to distinguish it from regular products, allowing for even more advanced quality control. It can be used with confidence in clean rooms and other locations where static electricity countermeasures are required.

■Anti-static, flame-retardant, heat-resistant fabric for clean rooms HM-ACL

Conductive threads are sewn throughout the fabric at narrow intervals of 10 mm into the long fiber fabric that suppresses dust generation, providing extremely stable antistatic properties. It is flame retardant and does not melt even at 300℃ and is self-extinguishing. ・Dust resistance: Compatible with class 100 after cleaning with pure water. ・Heat resistance: Does not melt even at high temperatures of 300℃. ・Flame retardant: Self-extinguishing and does not spread fire. ・Antistatic performance: Demonstrates stable antistatic performance. ・Chemical resistance: Will not melt or drip against chemicals. ・High strength: High tensile strength and excellent hooking properties.
