About This Product

■Features

・PTFE (Teflon) work clothes for clean rooms. ・It has chemical resistance unique to PTFE. *Test is required - Strongly repels moisture and prevents it from penetrating inside the wear. ・Extremely strong antistatic effect. ・Excellent sliding properties on the wear surface to prevent dirt from adhering. - Maintains a high level of cleanliness even after repeated washing.

■Applications

- For work that involves handling liquids in clean rooms. ・As work clothes that prevent paint from sticking during painting work. - For use in work environments that require strong static electricity countermeasures. ・When it is necessary to remove substances attached to clothing. ・When used after repeated washing ・It is a class 100 compatible product. (Please wash with pure water)

■Clean wear with excellent chemical resistance, water resistance, and antistatic properties

Inside the clean room, workers must wear special dust-free clothing to prevent dust from being generated. This product is especially used when working with chemicals or liquids, or in environments where advanced static electricity countermeasures are required. Unlike general clean wear, this product is used in harsher, higher-level environments.

■Features of clean PTFE Teflon wear HM-PCW

①Chemical resistance: PTFE has durability against acids and alkalis. *Test is required ②Strong water repellency: Strongly repels moisture and prevents it from penetrating into the wear. ③Strong anti-static properties: Conductive threads are strung vertically and horizontally with finely spaced cross-stitching. ④Excellent antifouling ability: The wear surface has excellent sliding properties and prevents contaminants from adhering to it. ⑤ Can be washed repeatedly: Even after washing 100 times, it maintains its clean quality. *See test data

■Super anti-static PTFE Teflon dust-free cloth

- Polyester fiber fabric that prevents dust generation. - PTFE Teflon coating provides chemical resistance and water repellency. - Prevents liquid from entering the wear and protects workers. ・Prevents the adhesion of contaminants due to its excellent surface sliding properties. ・Exhibits strong antistatic effect with 5mm pitch conductive thread. - Maintains clean quality even after washing over 100 times. (Water repellency will decline) *Please be sure to test for chemical resistance.
