About This Product

■Features

-Thick towel that can be used in clean rooms. ・A 5-layer product with three layers of cotton fabric sandwiched between them, with excellent water absorption. - Cotton has a unique water-holding ability and can be processed with a small number of sheets. - Products cleaned with pure water can be used in clean class 100. - Can be washed and used repeatedly. (Be sure to put it online) *We can also manufacture the size you desire.

■Applications

・Towels for wiping sweat of workers in clean rooms. - Can be used as a duster, rag, or rag for use in a clean environment. - For work that requires water absorption and water retention. - When you want to complete the wiping task with just one wipe. - As a clean wiper that can be washed and used repeatedly.

■Towel HD-TWL that can be used in clean rooms

In the clean room, be sure to use specialized towels instead of regular towels that generate dust and dust. This clean towel is especially useful at sites where strong water absorption and water retention are required. This product is a sewn product with a total of 5 layers, consisting of 3 layers of cotton fabric sandwiched between 2 layers of polyester. In other words, it does not generate dust in a clean room and can demonstrate the water absorption and water retention capabilities unique to cotton. Products cleaned with pure water can also be used in class 100 clean rooms. If you wash it in the washing machine, be sure to put it in a laundry net, as the fabric and seams will be damaged. We can also manufacture custom-made products with non-standard sizes and shapes, so they can be used in a wide range of applications. It can be used safely in a clean room. *This is not a pile fabric like regular towels.

・This is a sewn product made by sandwiching 3 pieces of cotton fabric between 2 pieces of polyester. ・It has high water absorption power unique to cotton fabric. ・It has excellent water retention capacity, and the work can be completed with a small number of sheets. - Products cleaned with pure water can be used in clean room class 100. - Can be washed and used repeatedly. ・It is not a pile fabric like regular towels. - Non-standard sizes can also be manufactured. ・Can be used safely in a clean room. *If you use a washing machine, be sure to put it in a laundry net.
