About This Product

■Features

-Removes dirt and dust from rubber rollers with moderate adhesive strength. ・The release sheet does not contain any silicone ingredients. ・The white adhesive cleaning sheet allows for visual confirmation of dirt. - Uses resin film and bottom plate to prevent dust.

■Applications

・Cleaning of dust attached to the cleaning rubber roller. - For cleaning the bottom of products and parts. ・As a PE film sheet with adhesive that can be pasted ・When preventing silicone and siloxane (siloxane).

■For removing dust attached to cleaning rubber rollers

Use silicone-free adhesive rubber rollers to clean substrates, dry resist films, etc. Although adhesive rubber rollers can be used repeatedly, it is necessary to remove dust that has adhered to the roller surface, and to remove the adhered dust, we use a silicone-free adhesive sheet for dust transfer. . This product cleans the roller surface simply by rolling the rubber roller. If the adhesive strength of the adhesive sheet decreases due to attached dirt, remove one layer of film and use a new side. This product uses a white film, so you can easily check for attached dust and dirt. The bottom plate of the base is also made of resin, allowing you to work safely in a clean room without silicone.

■Silicon-free dust transfer sheet
