About This Product

■Features

- A dust removal adhesive roller with soft cushioning properties. ・The film is embossed to ensure cushioning properties. ・Because the contact area is large, it exhibits extraordinary cleaning ability. - Uses a plastic core to prevent dust generation. ・Since it has perforations, it can be separated by hand. ・We also accept gamma ray sterilization.

■Applications

- For cleaning floors and tables in clean rooms. ・Remove dust from clean wear and work clothes before entering the room. ・For cleaning work on slightly curved or flat areas. ・If anti-static is required, please use TW-ACR.

■Highly efficient dust removal roller that can be cleaned all at once in a clean room

General dust removal rollers generate dust and should not be used in clean rooms. When using in a clean room, use products exclusively for clean rooms. This product is a thick film with textured (embossed) finish to give it cushioning properties. In order to give it an even more fluffy feel, we finished it with a soft, thick roll with an outer diameter of φ80 to 90 mm. In other words, unlike conventional products, the roller contact area during cleaning is large, dramatically improving cleaning efficiency. Furthermore, a plastic core core is used for the core, which prevents the generation of dust. We also accept gamma ray sterilization, so you can safely perform cleaning tasks in a clean room. *If anti-static is required, please use an anti-static roller (TW-ACR).

■Cushion cleaning roller for clean rooms (TW-CCR)

- A dust removal adhesive roller with cushioning properties. - Thick textured film provides cushioning properties. ・Outer diameter φ80mm Soft thick roll with a very fluffy feel. ・Resin film + resin paper tube (core core) does not generate paper dust. - Has perforations so it can be separated by hand. ・As the film is white, it is easy to check for attached dust. ・With outstanding dust removal power, it is ideal for cleaning floors and tables. *Gamma ray sterilization is available separately. *If anti-static is required, use an anti-static roller.
