About This Product

■Features

- Uses anti-static adhesive to prevent static build-up during work. ・Suppresses static electricity generated when the film is peeled off. -Resin film + plastic core, so no paper dust is generated. ・Since it has perforations, it can be separated by hand. - White film makes it easy to check for attached dust.

■Applications

・When cleaning by rolling it around in a clean room. - For removing dust from circuit boards and electronic components that are sensitive to static electricity. - For cleaning processes that require ESD static electricity countermeasures. ・For cleaning of IC/LSI manufacturing process.

■Dust removal roller for clean rooms that prevents peeling and charging (TW-ACR)

General dust removal rollers are not used in clean rooms because they generate dust. Additionally, in the process of working with circuit boards and electronic components, countermeasures against static electricity are required for the roller itself. In such environments, use this product, ``Peeling Antistatic Cleaning Roller for Clean Rooms''. This dust removal roller uses a ``resin film'' and ``plastic core'', so it does not generate any paper dust. Uses anti-static adhesive to prevent static build-up during work or when peeling off the film. It can be used safely in clean rooms where ESD countermeasures are required.
