About This Product

■Features

■Conductive clean paper (antistatic dust-free paper)

Regular copy paper generates a large amount of paper dust when rubbed, rubbed, and torn, so it cannot be used in clean rooms where the amount of dust (particles) in the space is strictly controlled. In the clean room, we use high-quality clean paper (dust-free paper) that generates little dust. Unlike regular paper, this product uses long-fiber pulp and is impregnated with a small amount of resin, so even if the paper is torn or rubbed, the paper fibers will not fall off, preventing the generation of paper dust. . Furthermore, as a countermeasure against static electricity, it incorporates conductive fibers that generate low dust, so unlike regular black conductive paper, there is no carbon shedding or contamination. Moreover, the surface resistance value of the paper is extremely high, less than 106Ω, so it strongly prevents static electricity. This product is colored light green to distinguish it from regular paper, but no pigments are used and it prevents microscopic dust. Furthermore, since it is a paper product, it has a certain degree of heat resistance and can be heat treated for a short period of time. However, this product is not static-charged, so testing is required before printing on a laser printer or copier. When disposing of paper, it can be incinerated as regular paper, but since it disintegrates in water, it can be recycled as waste paper.
