About This Product
The convection heater heats the air in the enclosure evenly, heats the internal device and system, and ensures its function. In addition to increasing the temperature of the component to the required operating temperature, convection heaters can also help prevent condensation in the enclosure.
Convolvement heaters use the air in the housing as a thermal traditional medium from the heater to the device. To achieve high efficiency, this method requires appropriate insulation in housing.
To use these heaters in the explosion -proof area, the surface temperature must not exceed the temperature limit of each temperature class. For this reason, the heat source of the heater with a fixed output (CP) contains a temperature limiter that safely cuts the heater from the power supply when overheated.
The E -series (non -explosion) is particularly suitable for applications in non -dangerous areas. The temperature can be manually controlled via the integrated controller.
Enclosure heater convection heater
There are the following types of convection heaters.
CP Microtherm (Microsalm): Compact, slim, optimal between the embedded device
CP Multitherm (Multi -Tharm): Greater and more powerful than CP microtherm (microsalm).
CP MEGATHERM (Mega Salm): It has a vertical thin shape, optimal on the side and back of the device in the housing
CP HORIZOTHERM (Horiza Sarm): Like megatherm, it is a vertical thin shape, mainly designed for horizontal installation, optimizes.
CP Varitherm: It features a high heat release due to a relative area. Can be installed under the device in the housing
E -series (non -explosion -proof): Ideal for applications in non -dangerous areas
