Sensitive devices used in analytical technology often require a certain peripheral temperature so that the measured values are not distorted and the long -term functions of the system can be guaranteed.
Depending on the area, a comprehensive air conditioning technology with heating, cooling and ventilation is required to maintain a certain operating temperature and ensure a safe working environment.
In particular, refinements, chemical and petrochemical plants often have proposal and control systems for the purpose of measuring and analyzing in dangerous areas operated by large -scale walk -in shelters. These analytical equipment rooms are designed for safe operation of facilities with process analysis, and must be sealed, sufficiently ventilated, and pressurized to secure as consistent temperature conditions as possible. This does not impair the measurement, and the plant operator can work safely.
The HVAC system with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning functions that supply safe and purified air at the same time improves the operation efficiency of the analysis and the system operating time.
Especially in summer and warm climate, it is very important to have effective heat dissipation and appropriate air conditioning in the analysis room.
It can be corrected by the HVAC system, even in the day and night, especially in spring and autumn. This is mainly used to reduce thermal loss and stabilize the room temperature of the dangerous analysis room in zone 1 and 2.
All electrical control components in the HVAC system can be attached to the EX D housing or when cooling the EX P cabinet. It can also be installed inside the explosion protection of the cabinet.
