About This Product
■ Overview
DISS 5 is a device and software that digitizes the system by retrofitting an existing analog SEM device. It is an active system that can not only digitize the thrillcan signal, but also control the scanning beam and process image processing. It is connected to a normal Windows system with USB2.0, and X-Ray mapping is possible as an option. There are more than 1,000 units in Europe and the United States.
