About This Product

"TK Paste CN-7120" is a one-component, room-temperature drying paste that requires no heat to cure and offers excellent workability. It is ideal for conductive bonding of heat-sensitive electronic components. Supplied in a tube for easy handling. A slow-drying grade, CN-7122S, is also available; its slower drying speed improves workability when aligning parts after the paste has been applied.

■Where the CN Series Can Be Applied

Apply the CN Series with the surface left open so that the solvent can dry. Note that if it is sandwiched over a large area, the solvent inside will not dry and sufficient performance will not be obtained.
