About This Product

"TK Paste CR-5200" is a low-silver paste with low-temperature, short-time curing, developed for assembling heat-sensitive modules and for component mounting. Resistance change remains small even after thermal cycling and high-temperature, high-humidity testing, so stable characteristics are maintained. Compliant with China's VOC regulation (GB33372-2020).
