About This Product

Our ultrasonic dotting equipment can perform ultrasonic soldering operations for up to 8 heads at the same time. Compared to ultrasonic wire drawing, ultrasonic point soldering takes a longer takt time, but by increasing the number of units that perform ultrasonic soldering at the same time, the takt time can be made faster. Introducing other usage scenarios

■Optical fiber ferrule bonding

It is used to join a ferrule by soldering the optical fiber.

■LCOS electrode wiring

It is possible to draw about 20mm of solder wire with the amount of solder at the iron tip.

■Desktop ultrasonic soldering device

You can freely solder an area of ​​approximately X:300mm/Y:300mm.

■Compatible materials
