About This Product

■ Compact size control unit that integrates the controller and inverter

・ Flow -type pump flow rate (pressure) constant control is possible in combination with flow sensor or pressure sensor ・ Since the optimal control can be performed with one constant (system gain) setting, the response speed is required because the response and stability are much better than the PID regulator.

■ Ideal for pump control

The 2501 (100V type) is equipped with a single -phase inverter dedicated to a small magnet pump (applied pump: Iwaki Magnet pump MD type, Iwaki Mugnet gear pump MDG type).

■ Three control mode

1. Manual (man) mode It is a variable manual frequency driving that sets the motor rotation of the pump by manual. Configure the control output is set by the controller setting dial. 0- 100 % variable. 2. Auto mode Feedback control operation is performed under the flow of flow sensor or pressure sensor. The target set value is determined by the controller setting dial. 3. External setting (EXT) mode Feedback control operation is performed under the flow of flow sensor or pressure sensor. The target set value is determined by the external configuration signal.

■ System gain trimmer

Adjustment of control response is only variable of controller system gain trima. No complicated parameters or PID constants are set.

■ Setting dial

You can operate an analog -like operation by the controller setting dial.

■ 2 -wire sensor support

Equipped with a sensor supply power supply (DC24V, 30mA). The two -wire sensor can be connected.

■ Input

・ Sensor input DC4 ~ 20mA (220Ω) ・ External setting input DC4 ~ 20mA (220Ω) ・ Driving command No voltage contact, transistor contact ・ Control mode selection 3 points (Man/EXT/AUTO), voltage no contact, transistor contact
