About This Product

■ Maintenance is improved by newly developed V -type baffle plate (primary filter) and dedicated mounting board・ A newly developed baffle board and a dedicated mounting board (both are applying for a patent).
-The number used for the baffle plate was reduced to about half, and the mounting plate became less dirty with paint, making it easier to replace.

■ Improve inhalation performance by inhaling in full format and opening from the entire surface of the opening.Even models that have expanded the 0.5m frontage width due to the enlarged hood can now obtain a uniform inhalation performance by inhaling from the entire opening.

■ Adopts a large cleaning point inspection door that can be mounted on either side-A cleaning point inspection door, which has a larger opening dimension than before, is adopted.
・ It is easier to enter and exit inside the booth when cleaning.

■ Standard equipment with fan guard set・ Fan guard sets for ensuring safety during booth internal maintenance are standard equipment.
・ Added options to make it easier to use

■ Energy saving supportAchieves energy conservation of 10 % of our products by installing a high -efficiency motor (IE3) (depending on the model)

■ Collection principle-The V -type baffle boards have a primary filter to collide with the sprayed paint mist.
・ The surface of the V -type baffle plate is specially processed to enhance collecting efficiency, and most of the paint mist is collected here due to the structure inside the baffle plate.
・ In the secondary filter, a small paint mist that did not adhere to the baffle board is filtered.

■ Features・ The air supply chamber filter was ensured sufficiently, and the speed of displacement was 1.0 to 1.5 m/s for the exhaustive discharge speed.
・ The air supply chamber filter can be replaced from the floor, and we have improved maintenance.
・ The air supply chamber is 500 mm from the booth body to save space in the floor installation area.
