About This Product

■ Excellent collection efficiency

By adopting a whirlpool method using centrifugal force, the collection efficiency of the paint mist is 97 % for melamine paint and 96 % for lacquer primaging paint (it depends on the properties of the paint).

■ Easy to select models according to the site

Since there are plenty of models (standard 7 model / 4 option specifications), you can select models according to the installation location and specifications.

■ Kind design with easy cleaning, maintenance, and inspection

・ The newly designed swirl room can be easily attached and detached, so the cleaning maintenance time is greatly reduced. ・ Eriminator is boltless and slide, so it can be pulled out and cleaned, and the cleaning and maintenance time are greatly reduced. ・ U -shaped tube manometer is standard equipment that can easily manage the water level adjustment, which is a lifeline for maintaining the mist capture efficiency. (If you purchase an optional automatic water supply device, you can automatically manage the water level.) ・ Uses a universal design that allows you to lay out the position of the sludge (cleaning) (before, later, left, right) and the position of the maintenance door (front, left and right side), and install the layout in your painting factory. The degree of freedom has been greatly increased.
