About This Product

■Configuration and features of the Vortex-MA system

Simply attaching a sensor to rotating equipment automatically detects abnormalities in the equipment. ・Sensor measures 3 axes (X, Y, Z) simultaneously and is easy to attach to equipment (magnet or screw) ・Wireless communication between sensor module and IoT gateway eliminates the need for wiring work ・Sensor data is automatically collected on a cloud server, reducing data management effort.

■Effects of introducing the Vortex-MA system

Detect equipment abnormalities using sensor data → Significantly reduce equipment maintenance and operation costs ・Real-time monitoring makes it possible to detect "unusual vibrations and temperatures," minimizing downtime. ・It becomes possible to monitor equipment with a minimum number of people, reducing the burden on maintenance personnel. ・By converting information into data, quantitative judgments can be made, making it easier to pass on maintenance work knowledge and techniques.

■Functions of Vortex-MA system

sensor module ・Measure acceleration data (X, Y, Z 3 axes) and temperature data ・Send data collected at regular intervals to IoT gateway ・RSSI value (radio field strength) and battery voltage are also transmitted at the same time IoT Gateway (Spiral GW) ・Send the collected data to the cloud server at regular intervals ・Communication with the sensor module is wireless, with a maximum of 16 units connected within approximately 500m (indoors) ・Equipped with wired Ethernet communication and WiFi as standard to connect to the cloud Cloud (or local computer) - Graph display of acceleration value (square mean of effective value and peak value of 3 axes of X, Y, Z), crest factor value (peak value ÷ effective value), and temperature ・Set acceleration thresholds (warnings, cautions) for each sensor channel and send email when an error occurs ・Output the accumulated data as a file in CSV format
