About This Product

The MS-50 Argon fully automatic console type argon leak detector manufactured by Vacuum Instrument Corporation (USA) is an argon leak detector that performs leak tests using argon gas, which is cheaper than helium gas and has a more stable supply system. The device configuration is the same as the MS-50 helium leak detector, with a large LCD flat panel screen and an independent vacuum rotary pump for roughing/forecasting. The mass spectrometer is a 180 degree deflection type mass spectrometer specialized for argon gas analysis. Internal calibrator (standard argon gas leak) is N.I.S.T (National Institute of Standards and Technology) calibration certified. Testing process, device calibration, and sensitivity correction are easily performed with a single switch, just like the MS50.

■MS-50Argon fully automatic console type argon leak detector Product features

・Maximum sensitivity: 1.0×10^-9 Pa m3/sec ・Wide measurement range: 1.0×10^-1 ~ 1.0×10^-9 Pa m3/sec ・Screen display using large LCD flat panel ・Equipped with independent vacuum rotary pumps for roughing and forelifting, realizing high-speed testing. ・Compatible with bombing method and vacuum method ・Equipped with a 180° magnetic field deflection type mass spectrometer tube to achieve stable and highly accurate testing. ・The test is fully automatic until the end of the test with a single switch. ・N.I.S.T (National Institute of Standards and Technology) traceability has been obtained for standard leaks built into the device. ・Equipment self-diagnosis, detection sensitivity correction, and device calibration can be easily operated with a single switch. ・MS-50Argon does not support sniffer method testing. ・MS-50Argon can only be operated in direct mode.
