About This Product
■ Overview
Standard model of Claw Compressor. In addition to unloaded operation (no loading) during operation, a maximum of 10 times per hour has been automatically discontinued, reducing unnecessary unloading and increasing energy saving.

■ Use
Ideal for a long time using a large amount of clean air for a long time. With the highest level of energy -saving and durability in the class, it is used as the main air source of the factory.
■ Features
・ Claw (two -course) body is double -to -two, 2 compressions per rotation, further improving efficiency. (Compared to conventional machines, the amount of air is up to 5 %)
-The claw (two -course) compressor is composed of two male and two female rotors, rotating without contact with each other, has no wear. The precision designed rotor is strong against corrosion with stainless steel, and the rotor has no shake due to the symmetrical form on the shaft.
-The interior of the casing and the surface of the meslota are specially coated, and the confidentiality is higher.
・ The absorbent and the discharge exit are on a symmetric surface for the rotor, and the load in the axial direction is not applied, and the life of the bearing is extended.
-The double -two -two body is a completely air -cooled type that does not require cooling solution (oil, water, coolant). There is no need for extra supplementary equipment and it is easy to maintain.
・ We standardize the use of 0.85MPa and respond to your request.
・ SPM (R) The measuring instrument is connected to the measuring plug attached to the compressor element (body) by the SPM (R) shock pulse -type bearing system. Diagnosis of the main body bearing, pre -checking the bearing life, can be achieved, preventing preventive maintenance and optimal maintenance.
