About This Product

Grease for Plastic Molds is a grease developed based on a proven track record of use in plastic molds. It is a high-performance fluorinated grease developed for lubricating precision molds. It lubricates across a heat-resistant temperature range of -30 to 350°C and can be used continuously at 250°C. Its decomposition temperature under pure oxygen is 440°C. It can form an oil film even at a clearance of 0.01mm, and in precision molds in particular it improves the accuracy of internal clearances, enhancing mold accuracy. It is also ideal for lubricating small-diameter ejector pins.
