About This Product

■Mitsubishi Electric wire/laser metal 3D printer that changes common sense in manufacturing.

The world's first spatially simultaneous 5-axis control and digital modeling technology that coordinately controls processing conditions realizes stable and high-quality 3D printing for near-net shape and overlay repair in the manufacture of parts for automobiles, ships, and aircraft. With highly efficient construction methods that reduce energy consumption and conserve resources, we will contribute to manufacturing in the era of decarbonization in various processing processes. ■High speed

By adopting the DED method, using a laser beam suitable for high-speed control as a heat source, and accurately controlling thermal energy according to the printing state, high-speed additive manufacturing is achieved.

■High efficiency

Commercially available welding wire is used as the material to be supplied. There is less material scattering and the machine is clean. Compared to powder, it has a higher material usage efficiency and has realized a modeling method that is friendly to people and the environment.

■High quality
